What I do.
Knotane is a company of one, Daniel Siddle, set up in July 2012 in order to work with companies to help them make their technology work for their employees. I work mostly as a Business Analyst using user-centered principles and iterative methodologies to gather requirements and implement technology. My focus is always on people, listening to them, understanding their needs and designing things that help them do their job better.
